We are really pleased with the support we received this year. The mail-ins made this an especially fine show and provided many new fish to our area; although, some of them traveled back out via show visitors to CA, OK, NM, and FL. Hey y'all, Thanks for coming. We had a blast!
Many Thanks to the mail-in supporters. Most of these mail-ins were donations to the club:Allan Semeit, Bill Gallagher, Clay Crawford, Craig Rees, D. Clendinnen, Derek Tang, Gary Greenwood, G. Kokowski, G. Rosenbeck, G. Schoenberg, Gary Pack, Jack Heller, Jim Gasior, Ken Normandin, Karl Doering, Keith Cook, Ken McKeighen, Kiril Kardashev, Martin Fourcade, P&D Heidrich, Paul Christ, R. Schwiegerath, Ruth Warner, Sandy Binder, Sue Katz, Thuan Nguyen, Tony Pinto, and Willard White.
Also, big Thanks to the manufacturers that helped with donations. Doctors Foster & Smith, E.G. Danner Mfg. Inc., Hamilton Technology Corp., HBH Enterprises, Kordon, Division of Novalek Inc., Marc Weiss Companies, Inc., Marineland Div. of Aquaria Inc., Rolf C. Hagen (U.S.A.) Corp., San Francisco Bay Brand, Inc., and Wardley Corporation.
The really Big Thanks goes out to Ken Normandin for his great talks on Rivulus, and to Ken McKeighen for his talks on Pupfish and for providing the wonderful show awards. These awards are really great artwork that will decorate the walls of many a fish room. For those who won these great awards and couldn't attend the Sat. dinner, we will be mailing out your awards soon, so keep an eye on the mail box.
Our last set of Thanks goes out to the AKA BOT and the AKA membership. Your support of our local affiliate helps us keep an active and growing club. This allows us to provide more exposure and support for killifish. Remember, it is all about the fish!
